25th Annual Old Homosassa Fireworks Festival – June 24, Homosassa
A longtime local favorite, the annual Fireworks Festival features live music, a tug-o-war competition, a pie eating contest, and other family fun. This event is perfect for visitors bringing or renting a boat as the whole event takes place along the Homosassa River. The event ends with a stunning firework display over the Homosassa River. Inverness Patriotic Evening – July 2, Inverness
Join the City of Inverness for their annual Independence Day celebration. In addition to the classic firework show over Lake Henderson, the event includes plenty of food vendors, along with live music from Soul Circus Cowboys and country music sensation Frankie Ballard. City of Crystal River Centennial Celebration – July 3, Crystal River
This year is bigger and better than ever! To mark their 100th birthday, the City of Crystal River is holding a Centennial Celebration and Fourth of July extravaganza complete with live music, shopping and food vendors, beer and wine, games, a golf cart parade, pop-up exhibit, ceremonial proclamation, and fireworks over Kings Bay.
