Fort Island Gulf Beach

Fort Island Gulf Beach includes a sandy beach, fishing and sightseeing pier, a boardwalk connecting the beach and the pier, and a boat ramp. The site includes bathrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic tables and a grassy area on the south side of the beach. The Citrus County Boat Ramp here is Free. This launch site provides the boater with access to Gulf of Mexico and Crystal River.
